The Story of the Project
The project began with a clear, evocative request: a seaside home just steps from the beach, surrounded by greenery and highly customisable. For this villa in Versilia, we designed the interiors and exteriors in full, combining preliminary studies with a careful review of tax deductions to make the most of the opportunities offered by renovation.The villa has systems that allow its installations to be controlled remotely, reflecting a design attentive to energy efficiency and contemporary comfort.Two ideas guided the interiors: a continuous dialogue between inside and outside, and inspiration from the nautical world. The first led to a new layout and larger windows, encouraging natural light and visual continuity; the second inspired bespoke solutions that optimise every room with elegance and functionality.As evening falls, the lighting design transforms the spaces, creating an intimate, evocative atmosphere that enhances the villa’s unique character.
