The Story of the Project
The client’s wish was clear: a home with breathtaking lake views, ready in just nine months. An ambitious dream became reality through a design combining innovation, sustainability and beauty.To meet the schedule without compromising quality, we chose prefabricated timber construction, a technology offering speed, efficiency and outstanding living comfort. Every material was carefully selected: natural insulation, wood, light and air become integral to the architecture.The home’s energy is clean and renewable, thanks to electric heat pumps powered by a photovoltaic system, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature.Every interior space was designed and made to measure to reflect the client’s lifestyle and wishes. Custom furnishings, tailored details and large windows framing the lake turn every room into a place of wellbeing and inspiration.
