A new identity, facing the lake.EP Home grew from the meeting of the clients’ vision and our approach to transformation: an ongoing exchange of shared insights and design decisions, with a clear goal—to reinterpret a classically styled villa and give it a new, contemporary identity deeply connected to Lake Garda.The project starts outside, reshaping the relationship between the house and the landscape. Extending the terrace and introducing glass balustrades open up views of the lake, while bioclimatic pergolas, entirely designed and built to measure, create new outdoor living spaces that flow seamlessly from the interiors.The garden is also completely redesigned and enlarged. The pool finds a new harmony within the landscape design, while a new lighting scheme accompanies the architecture in the evening. A viewing terrace adds a special place for relaxation and sunbathing, suspended before one of Lake Garda’s most captivating views.Inside, the same pursuit of openness and continuity guides every choice. The monolithic Botticino staircase becomes a sculptural architectural feature, while glass bathroom walls create an unexpected connection with the sleeping area, allowing views of the lake even from the home’s most intimate rooms. The Focus fireplace adds a striking contemporary design statement around which a space for living and sharing takes shape.EP Home is the result of a profound transformation: we did more than modernise an existing villa—we reinterpreted the way it is lived in.Every intervention, from architecture to interiors and from greenery to light, seeks to enhance what makes this place unique: the privilege of experiencing Lake Garda as part of your own home.
